Proposed Rate Change Schedule
File with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (PRC) staff a document representing how JMEC will notice members of the proposed rate change. This filing is a regulatory requirement and allows the PRC to review the example and make sure it meets all the specific requirements of the official filing. After review, PRC will notify JMEC if the example document meets PRC regulatory obligations.
Notice to Ratepayers mails to members. This is a regulatory requirement giving members 30-day notice of the intention to make an official filing of the proposed rate change to the PRC.

JMEC filed for a rate increase based on the new cost-of-service study using the 12-months ending February 28, 2022, as the test year.
